Hi, Skin GrowthDesk

Hi, Skin GrowthDesk July Scope

July is a Revenue Capture Sprint: recover demand already created, protect conversion, and improve visibility without rebuilding Boulevard scheduling logic.

Hi, Skin GrowthDesk operates behind the scenes. Studio teams are not required to log into, manage, or learn a new software platform.

Scope Matrix

The work is divided between platform workflow configuration, light glue, and operating ownership so July stays budget-safe.

GHL Covers

  • Missed call triggers
  • SMS/email workflows
  • Booking link follow-up
  • Pipeline stages
  • Tags
  • Manual task creation
  • Basic dashboards
  • Conversation inbox

Custom / Light Glue Covers

  • Studio-specific links
  • Routing rules
  • Abandoned-booking capture if data is available
  • Reporting export
  • Alert logic
  • WBR summary layer

Ops Covers

  • Which studios are constrained
  • Who handles replies
  • When to send booking link vs human-assisted recovery
  • Which schedules get opened
  • Recovery SLA
  • Front desk / studio handoff process
  • Weekly adoption check

Existing Cart Abandon Email

Hi, Skin already has cart abandon email automation. The July Sprint does not replace it. Existing cart abandon email is the base layer. July adds the active recovery layer: SMS escalation, constrained-studio routing, manual task creation, waitlist capture, and weekly leakage reporting.

Budget-Safe July Offer Phases

The sprint can be reviewed as four controlled phases rather than an open-ended build.

Phase 1

Missed Call + Booking Link Recovery

  • Missed call text-back
  • Booking link SMS
  • Studio-specific booking links
  • Conversation inbox setup
  • Basic pipeline stages and tagging

Phase 2

Abandoned Booking + Low-Availability Recovery

  • Abandoned booking follow-up where data is available
  • Low-availability SMS logic
  • Waitlist/manual recovery process
  • Human-assisted booking handoff

Phase 3

Utilization / Recovery Reporting

  • Missed call recovery rate
  • Booking link click-through
  • Text-back to booking conversion
  • Abandoned booking recovery rate
  • 15-minute slot utilization
  • Appointments booked per day
  • No-show rate
  • Studio-level recovery summary

Phase 4

Studio Adoption + Weekly Optimization

  • Studio scripting
  • Front desk response rules
  • Weekly WBR insight layer
  • What worked / what leaked / what to adjust
  • Studio-by-studio recommendations
