July is scoped as a lightweight recovery layer, not a high-volume outbound marketing program.

Twilio SMS and voice costs are usage-based and are not included in fixed ArtMetrics fees. Client is responsible for Twilio usage, phone numbers, carrier fees, and any platform incidentals.

Expected usage will vary based on call volume, abandoned booking volume, and reply volume. July sprint assumes a lightweight recovery layer, not high-volume outbound marketing blasts.
